U.S. marshals track wanted man to city

A man being sought by federal marshals has been returned to Ohio after being caught in Jacksonville last week.

A news release from Perry County (Ohio) Sheriff William R. Barker said Robert D. Franklin of Crooksville, Ohio, was found hiding in the basement of a house in Jacksonville. He was arrested without incident, the news release said.

Franklin was indicted in November on charges he took part in making methamphetamine by providing another person with supplies and a location to make the drug.
