ARRESTS, CITATIONS
• Shayna A. Franz, 28, of 1105 E. Morton Ave. was arrested about 7 p.m. Friday on a charge of violating an order of protection.
• Blake A. Stewart, 29, of 1108 Hackett Ave. was booked into the Morgan County Jail at 2:49 a.m. Saturday on charges of unlawful possession of firearms, driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage, having defective or no brakes, violating the light and lamps act and disregarding a stop sign.
• Daniel J. Wheeler, 44, of Brighton was arrested about 3:35 p.m. Saturday on a charge of burglary to a motor vehicle.
• Breanna N. Dilley, 22, of 750 E. Chambers St. was arrested about 5 p.m. Saturday on a charge of retail theft.
• Nina L. Sweeten, 22, of 622 N. West St. was arrested about 5 p.m. Saturday on charges of retail theft and possession of a controlled substance.
