Jacksonville Police

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

• Quantorius J. Courtney, 19, who is homeless, was arrested about 6:05 p.m. Thursday on charges of home invasion, residential burglary, three counts of criminal damage to property and resisting a peace officer. He also was wanted on warrants accusing him of failing to appear in court on charges of burglary and criminal trespass to land.

• Brock E. Rumple, 22, of 311 S. Chandler St., Griggsville, was arrested about 7:55 p.m. Thursday on a charge of driving while license suspended.

• Kassandra D. Brown, 27, of 908 Beesley Ave. was arrested about 10:30 p.m. Thursday on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine.

• Susan L. Hatalla, 60, of 214 W. Caldwell St., Auburn, was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 2:13 p.m. Friday on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

• A 13-year-old boy was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 11:55 a.m. Friday on a disorderly conduct charge.

• A 12-year-old boy was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 12:03 p.m. Friday on an aggravated battery charge.

ACCIDENTS

• Michelle R. Fisher, 43, of Jacksonville was cited for improper lane usage after the vehicle she was driving malfunctioned and hit a parked car, which hit another car about 4:44 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of South Diamond Street.

No injuries were reported.

• Anthony D. Thomas, 24, of Jacksonville was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after the vehicle he was driving hit the rear of a vehicle being driven by Amy N. Haefeli, 31, of Jacksonville about 5:25 p.m. Friday at Clay Avenue and East State Street.

BURGLARIES, THEFTS

• A bicycle was taken from the front porch of a home in the 500 block of North Clay Avenue between 1 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. Friday.

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

• Tony L. Fanning, 52, of 2114 Crawford Road was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 7 p.m. Thursday on charges of driving while license revoked or suspended and expired registration.
