BURGLARIES, THEFTS
• A lawnmower was taken from an apartment building in the 200 block of West College Avenue sometime Monday, according to a report filed about 4:22 p.m. Wednesday.
FIRES
• A Jacksonville woman burned an arm about 3:50 a.m. Wednesday during a stove fire at her home.
A fire department report said Crystal Grady was treated at the scene.
Grady told firefighters that a pan of oil caught fire on the stove and that she threw the pan out the back door of her home at 13 Highview Drive. The flames and hot oil melted a two-foot-square section of siding on the house, but the fire was out when firefighters arrived.
OTHER REPORTS
• Police were looking for a white man in his late 30s who fled on foot after a four-vehicle accident about 10:15 p.m. Tuesday in a parking lot in the 300 block of East Morton Avenue.
Police said the unidentified driver’s vehicle struck one vehicle and then collided with the rear of another vehicle. Then, while chasing one of the drivers with his car, the vehicle struck a fourth vehicle and then one of the cars again before coming to rest against a trash can.

• Julie A. Rumsey, 34, of 100 E. Hughes St. was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 11:10 a.m. Wednesday on a charge of driving while license revoked or suspended.

• Christopher L. Kallal, 28, of Jerseyville was lodged in the Greene County Jail at 9:03 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of driving while license revoked.

• Michael E. Trowbridge, 21, of Jacksonville was lodged in the Greene County Jail at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday on a driving under the influence charge.
• William R. Harp, 67, of White Hall was lodged in the Greene County Jail at 3 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence.
• Michael S. Davidson, 33, of Roodhouse was lodged in the Greene County Jail at 11:30 p.m. Sunday on a driving under the influence charge.
• Victoria L. Carlson, 27, of St. Louis was lodged in the Greene County Jail at 1:35 a.m. Sunday on a driving under the influence charge.
