• Elise C. Scott, 24, of 975 N. Prairie St. was booked into the Morgan County Jail at 3:49 a.m. Friday on a battery charge.
Jacksonville Police
ARRESTS, CITATIONS
• Lavosia D. Huggins, 26, of 695 N. Clay Ave. was booked into the Morgan County Jail at 6:33 p.m. Friday on charges of possession of cocaine and driving while license is revoked or suspended.
• Donald S. Surratt, 49, of 537 Stratford Road was booked into the Morgan County Jail at 7:49 p.m. Friday on a charge of driving while license is revoked or suspended.
ACCIDENTS
• Erin E. Belville, 39, of Jacksonville was cited for driving without a valid driver’s license and following too closely after police say she hit the rear of a vehicle being driven by Ashley N. Headen, 19 of Jacksonville at 4:33 p.m. Friday in the 1800 block of West Morton Avenue.
No injuries were reported.
South Jacksonville Police
ARRESTS, CITATIONS
• Theresa L. Tomlin, 57, of Peoria was booked into the Morgan County Jail at 8:49 p.m. Thursday on charges of driving under the influence, illegal possession/transportation of liquor and reckless driving.
