ARRESTS, CITATIONS

• Derek J. Whitaker, 31, of 106 Leland Lake Drive was booked into the Morgan County Jail at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant accusing him of manufacture/delivery of cannabis.

Jacksonville Police

ACCIDENTS

• Taylor R. Ingram, 23, of Jacksonville was in fair condition Tuesday at Passavant Area Hospital after police said she was hit by a vehicle being driven by Ronald D. Buhl, 48, of South Jacksonville about 6:20 p.m. Monday on New Lake Road near the boat ramp.

• Margaret A. Crump, 75, of Jacksonville was cited for failing to yield after a two-vehicle accident about 11:20 a.m. Tuesday at East Michigan Avenue and South East Street.

Police said Crump’s vehicle and a vehicle being driven by Charles A. Evans, 53, of Winchester collided at the intersection.

• Alisha D. Musch, 33, of Jacksonville was injured in a two-vehicle accident about 11:50 a.m. Tuesday at North Main Street and Independence Avenue.

Musch was taken to Passavant Area Hospital for treatment of back pain, police said.

Police said Musch’s vehicle and a vehicle being driven by Robert B. Green, 86, of Jacksonville collided at the intersection.

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

• Heather A. Gunnin, 37, of 925 N. East St. was booked into the Morgan County Jail at 1:13 a.m. Tuesday on three counts of methamphetamine delivery.

• Two 13-year-old boys were arrested about 9:05 a.m. Tuesday on a charge of disorderly conduct after a disturbance at Jacksonville Middle School.

• A 13-year-old boy was arrested about 12:50 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of disorderly conduct after a disturbance at Jacksonville Middle School.
