• Lewis J. Wallbaum, 19, of 122 Maple St., Franklin, was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 8:55 p.m. Monday on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

ARRESTS, CITATIONS
• Toney L. Prather, 19, of 556 Duncan St. was arrested about 10:55 p.m. Monday on a charge of theft.
• A 12-year-old girl was arrested about 12:20 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of disorderly conduct. She is accused of causing a disturbance at Crossroads School at 30 N. Central Park.
• Karla J. Gregory, 48, of 511 W. Beecher Ave. was arrested about 3:25 p.m. Tuesday on a Macoupin County warrant alleging failure to appear in court on a charge of residential burglary. She also was cited on a charge of having no valid driver’s license.
BURGLARIES, THEFTS
• Someone stole a knife valued at $50 from a vehicle in the 1100 block of South East Street, according to a report filed at 9:14 a.m. Tuesday.
