Jacksonville Police

ACCIDENTS

• One person was injured about 7:50 p.m. Monday when a vehicle struck a parked car in the 700 block of Rodgers Street.

Breanna D. Crumble, 15, address unavailable, was treated at Passavant Area Hospital and released.

Police said Steven M.T. Waid, 21, of Winchester was backing up on Rodgers Street when his vehicle’s rear bumper struck the front bumper of a parked vehicle.

Waid was cited on charges of improper backing and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

• An 11-year-old boy was arrested about 11:50 a.m. Tuesday on charges of aggravated battery and disorderly conduct. He is accused of causing a disturbance in a classroom at Washington Elementary School and then striking and biting a teacher.

• Booker T. Griffin, 30, of 804 N. Clay Ave. was lodged in the Morgan County Jail at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of theft of lost or mislaid property.

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

• Amanda K. Boyd, 28, of 353 Franklin St. was booked into the Morgan County Jail at 3:33 a.m. Monday on a charge of aggravated delivery or possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.

• Cody J. Griffins, 31, of China, Texas, was booked into the Morgan County Jail at 3:59 a.m. Monday on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

• Michael L. Cline, 34, of Charleston was arrested at 5:32 p.m. Saturday on charges of driving while license revoked or suspended and obstructing identification and on three warrants accusing him of failing to appear in court.

• Timothy M. Fulmer, 55, of Pearl was arrested at 12:31 a.m. Friday on charges of driving under the influence and improper signaling.

• Roy L. Irick, 63, of Hull was arrested at 5:55 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender.

• Kyle D. Killebrew, 36, of Pittsfield was arrested at 6:06 p.m. Dec. 4 on a burglary charge and on two unspecified Pike County warrants.

• Larry J. Carter, 50, of St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested at 1:32 p.m. Dec. 2 on charges of driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
