ARRESTS, CITATIONS

• Phillip E. Kirchner, 42, of 103 W. South St., Perry, was booked into the Morgan County Jail at 11:23 p.m. Tuesday on charges of driving while license revoked or suspended and speeding and on a warrant accusing him of failing to appear in court on a contempt of court charge.

• Richard C. Brown, 46, of 507 S. Lyons St., Waverly, was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 3:21 p.m. Wednesday on a domestic battery charge.

Jacksonville Police

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

• Two 13-year-old girls were booked into the Morgan County Jail about 10:40 a.m. Wednesday on disorderly conduct charges after a fight at Turner Junior High School.

• A 12-year-old girl was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 2:21 p.m. Wednesday on an aggravated battery charge.

Wilma Freed, 75, of Jacksonville was cited for failure to yield during a left turn after a two-vehicle accident about 3:39 p.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of West Morton Avenue after the vehicle she was driving hit a vehicle being driven by Tanya L.
