ARRESTS, CITATIONS
• Nicole R. Rabah, 18, of 425 Dorset Lane was booked into the Morgan County Jail at 9:31 p.m. Sunday on a charge of aggravated battery after she was accused of cutting someone with a steak knife.
• Lonnie E. Christian, 53, of 301 W. Beecher Ave. was arrested about 9:20 a.m. Monday on a charge of criminal trespass to a vehicle.
• Sandra K. Wildhagen, 65, of 1280 Mason Lane, Winchester, was arrested about 9:55 a.m. Monday on a charge of retail theft.
• Joseph T. Radford, 59, of Pearl City was arrested about 2:35 p.m. Monday on a charge of disorderly conduct.
BURGLARIES, THEFTS
• Someone entered a garage and car in the 800 block of West Chambers Street about 3:30 a.m. Monday. Police said the homeowner heard a noise and found some groceries missing from a freezer in the garage.
VANDALISM
• Someone caused about $500 damage overnight Sunday to the Bushnell Building at the former Jacksonville Developmental Center.

ARRESTS, CITATIONS
• Jerry R. Kindhart, 49, of Clayton was arrested at 12:45 a.m. Wednesday on charges of driving under the influence, driving while license is revoked and improper lane use after being stopped on Illinois Route 107 near County Road 355 North.
