ARRESTS, CITATIONS

• Alexander C. Ruggles, 27, of 602 Gaskill St., Meredosia, was booked into the Morgan County Jail at 9:03 a.m. Thursday on charges of obstructing justice and failure to obey a stop/yield sign.

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

• Joanne K. Jackson, 62, of Kokomo, Indiana, was booked into the Morgan County Jail at 10:04 p.m. Wednesday on charges of retail theft, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating an uninsured motor vehicle and on a child restraint violation.

• Morris E. Chrisman, 41, of 435 S. East St. was booked into the Morgan County Jail at 12:50 a.m. Thursday on a charge of retail theft.

• Catherine S. Alexander, 53, of 244 Capps Road, Murrayville, was booked into the Morgan County Jail at 1:38 a.m. Thursday on a charge of driving under the influence.

• A 14-year-old girl was arrested about 9:35 a.m. Thursday on a charge of retail theft.

• A 14-year-old boy was arrested about 11:05 a.m. Thursday on charges of criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to property.

• A 13 year-old boy was booked into the Morgan County Jail at 4:16 p.m. Thursday on charges of criminal trespass to land and criminal damage to property.

• Robert N. Falzone, 34, of Chatham was arrested about 5:35 p.m. Thursday on a charge of criminal trespass to land.

BURGLARIES, THEFTS

• Someone stole a purse from an unlocked vehicle between 8:30 a.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. Thursday in the 800 block of Huber Street.

• Someone stole a hunting blind and a 5-gallon gas can from a garage between 6 p.m. Monday and 4 p.m. Thursday in the 900 block of Goltra Avenue.
