ARRESTS, CITATIONS

• Kieth G. Wilson, 43, of 747 E. College Ave. was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 2:55 p.m. Thursday on a charge of driving under the influence.

Jacksonville Police

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

• Robert W. Branch, 42, of Macomb was arrested about 1:10 a.m. Thursday on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

South Jacksonville Police

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

• Nicole S. Trumbo, 33, of 676 S. West St. was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 12:35 p.m. Thursday on a charge of criminal trespass to land.

Chapin Police

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

• Paul W. Goedken, 70, of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, was booked into the Morgan County Jail about 12:05 a.m. Thursday on charges of driving while license is revoked or suspended and driving a vehicle with no rear registration plate.

ARRESTS, CITATIONS

• Zachary E. Hawk, 28, of Vandalia was arrested at 5:55 p.m. Saturday on charges of methamphetamine possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespassing.

• Skylee M. Latham, 20, of Griggsville was arrested at 5:55 p.m. Saturday on charges of methamphetamine possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespassing.

• April D. Meyer, 45, of Hull was arrested at 6:47 a.m. Saturday on charges of residential burglary, criminal damage to property and theft.

• Patrick M. Brown, 21, of Westchester was arrested at 4:09 p.m. Feb. 17 on charges of possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• John J. Bridgewater, 32, of Rockport was arrested at 1:45 p.m. Feb. 15 on charges of possession of methamphetamine, obstructing justice and possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Pike County warrant accusing him of failing to appear in court on a deceptive practice charge.

• Dara J. Fulmer, 39, of Pittsfield was arrested at 12:31 p.m. Feb. 14 on charges of failing to stop at a signal, having no valid registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, having no valid driver’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, possession of methamphetamine, aggravated battery of a police officer and failing to keep records on a hypodermic needle.

• Ervin L. Shaw, 40, of Hannibal, Missouri, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. Feb. 13 on a petition to revoke probation.

• Mark A. Moody, 46, of Pittsfield was arrested at 9:58 p.m. Feb. 13 on charges of resisting arrest and obstructing identification and on an Adams County warrant accusing him of failing to appear in court.
