ARRESTS, CITATIONS
• Three people were cited about 9:20 p.m. Friday after a traffic stop in the 1200 block of West Morton Avenue.
Cody L. Melton, 20, of 210 Bob Michel St., Naples, was cited on charges of possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia, while a 15-year-old boy was cited on a charge of possession of cannabis and a 17-year-old boy was cited on a charge of operating a vehicle with an expired registration.
